How to Reach Us on Legal Matters

If you have a question about your rights, a data request, or a policy concern, our support team handles legal queries through three dedicated channels.

Email Support Send formal data requests, account closure notices or policy queries to our legal support address. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve straightforward matters within three working days.
Live Chat For urgent account-related legal queries — such as disputing a transaction or flagging an unauthorised access attempt — live chat connects you to a trained agent who can escalate to the compliance team immediately.
Written Request Formal data subject access requests or account deletion notices can be submitted via our on-site form. We confirm the action taken in writing and retain a log of the request for regulatory purposes.
HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security at 4hana

Security and transparency are baked into how 4hana processes your information, not added as an afterthought.

Data Encryption

All personal and financial data transmitted through your account — including UPI transaction references and Paytm wallet identifiers — is encrypted using current TLS standards. Stored records are encrypted at rest with access controls limiting internal reach.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytical cookies to understand how the lobby is being used. You can adjust cookie preferences through the settings panel in your account without affecting your ability to deposit or withdraw.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available on all accounts and strongly encouraged. If we detect a login from an unrecognised device or region, your account is temporarily flagged pending your confirmation via the registered email or mobile number.

Data Retention Rules

We keep transaction records, including PhonePe payout confirmations and UPI deposit receipts, for the period required under applicable financial regulations. Non-essential behavioural data is deleted on a rolling 12-month cycle unless you have requested otherwise.

Who to Contact

Our data officer handles all requests relating to personal information — access, correction, portability and deletion. You can reach this contact directly via the legal support email listed in the contact section above, with subject line 'Data Request'.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details, request a data export or ask us to delete your account data, log into your account and use the Privacy section under Settings. Alternatively, submit a written request via the on-site form and we will confirm within the regulated timeframe.

Answers to Common Legal and Policy Questions

These questions cover the policy areas we hear about most — from what data we collect and how long we keep it, to how you can request changes or close your account. If your question is not answered here, the legal support email is the right path for anything that needs a formal written response.

Access to 4hana depends on the laws applicable in your specific state or region within India. You are responsible for confirming that accessing the platform is permitted under the local law where you are located before creating an account.

We collect the details you provide during account creation — name, email, mobile number and, where identity verification is required, a government-issued document. Payment method identifiers like your UPI VPA or Paytm number are stored to process transactions.

Transaction records, including deposits via PhonePe and UPI withdrawals, are retained for the period mandated by applicable financial regulations. After that period, records are deleted unless you have an active dispute or formal request outstanding.

Yes. Submit a data subject access request through the Privacy section in your account settings or via the legal support email. We process these requests within 30 days and deliver your data export in a commonly readable format.

Use the account closure option in Settings or send a written deletion request to the legal support email. We confirm deletion within the regulated timeframe. Note that transaction records required by financial law are retained even after account closure.

Contact support via live chat immediately and ask for a compliance escalation. We review the transaction log — including the UPI or Paytm reference — and provide a written outcome within five working days. You can also submit a formal complaint via the on-site form.

Log in and navigate to the Profile section under Settings to update name, contact number or linked payment method. Changes to identity documents require verification; email the legal support address with a subject line of 'Document Update' to begin that process.
